I guess they think it is still the wild west in Boulder, Colorado. Two guys there drew Tasers and fired on each other over a parking dispute. CNN is reporting: Police: Men Taser each other over ‘bonehead’ parking dispute

BOULDER, Colorado (AP) — It wasn’t exactly pistols at 30 paces, but police say a security company supervisor and a restaurateur shot each other with Tasers in a “bonehead” confrontation over parking.

Now that is truly a couple of retards. Good thing neither had a real firearm.
