Here is a video of a road rage incident from KATU 2 in Portland where a driver chased a bicyclist and drove down the street with the cyclist on his hood of his car.

The other day a co-worker of mine was walking to work and some girl was talking on her cell phone when a bicyclist went right out in front of her. She hit him. Totally ruined the bike. The bicyclist was faulted for not obeying traffic laws (it was a 4 way stop).
