What would you do if your employer refused to pay when you went to the toilet? In the UK there is a company who has a policy of not paying their employees when they use the restroom and is making these employees “clock out” when they need to go. I bet Wal-Mart would like to use this kind of policy and has probably already had it’s blood sucking attorneys and managers looking into a way to pull it off. Next thing we will be hearing is Wal-Mart will start implementing the same policy. Who knows, maybe they already have the policy and are threating to terminate any employees who talk about it.
