While your 401k vanishes, what is happening to the pensions and income of the greedy corporate executives? Who is helping the everyday working families? It appears big business gets bailed out at the expense of the little guy and there is no thought given to the average American struggling to make ends meet.

Well here is a thought. What if all Americans filed for bankruptcy at the same time? Do you think it would send a signal to Congress and Wall Street? After all if Congress can bail out Wall Street and big business, why can’t we bail ourselves out and stick it to the businesses and Congress who have been sticking it to us?

It certainly would be fair. They have been preying on us for long enough, so maybe it is the time to turn the tables on them, use their system against them, and fight back. Think of the message it would send and the impact it would have? You may have to work a little longer before you retire, but they already screwed you over and will have to work longer anyway. Who knows what else they have planned for us. I say we take the fight to them and file for bankruptcy today.

The Boston Globe is reporting: NYC National Debt Clock runs out of digits

NEW YORK—In a sign of the times, the National Debt Clock in New York City has run out of digits to record the growing figure.

As a short-term fix, the digital dollar sign on the billboard-style clock near Times Square has been switched to a figure — the “1″ in $10 trillion. It’s marking the federal government’s current debt at about $10.2 trillion.

With the central banks of the world collectively cutting the interest rates and the financial markets of the world  continuing to lose money. Do you get the feeling the economy of the world is like a house cards and all it is going to take is a mouse fart to have it tumble down?

Instead of artificially propping up the market and business with money we don’t have, don’t you think it would be better to let the market run its course and settle in a more natural state?  At least then there is true indicator of where business stands and not a huge to debt to pay off before things get better. But wait a minute!!! If we did that the rich may lose some money and need to make sure they enough to buy another vacation home.

As Americans are losing their homes and jobs, the federal government continues to ignore them while focusing on bailing out businesses. First the feds jump in and bailout the financial markets and now they are bailing out businesses by providing short term loans.

Where is the government getting all of this money? After all the U.S. government is 9 trillion in debt and providing money it does not have. Who is providing all this money? Foreign governments and foregein investors!! Who is going to be paying for these bailouts? You, me, your kids and grandchildren. Do we get anything back from our financial investments in these finance deal? No!! Are these businesses forgoing their profits to help struggling Americans? No!!Don’t you think there is something wrong with this picture?

With the economy heading down the toilet, is this what you want?

Why is the government so quick to bail out the rich on Wall Street, but have done little to nothing to help out homeowners on Main Street? While the average American has suffered with higher prices at the pump, grocery store, and just about everywhere else, the piece of sh*t Bush administration has done nothing but stand on the sidelines and spew rhetoric with little or no action.

Now they are want to take our tax dollars and reward the greed of the rich by having the American public bail them out. Nothing has been done to help the average American. While countries like China have oil subsidies to keep oil prices down the Bush administration has done nothing! There is a housing crisis because of greed from predatory lenders and what has been done about that? Nothing!

During this time CEO’s have been making millions of dollars in golden parachutes and bonuses as rewards for their greed and the raping of the American economy. How about if Congress helps out the American on Main Street first? Don’t you think if the average American has stability in the home budget they will be more likely to spend some of their hard earned wages, thus stimulate and support the economy?

Eight years of that piece of sh*t Bush in office with his foreign (hate) and economic (greed) policies has put this country 10,000,000,000,000 (10 trillion) dollars in debt. Economic collapse could be on the horizon and some people are stupid enough to ask, “What happened?” This country is slipping into the third world and if American voters are stupid enough to vote for another re”thug”lican they get what they deserve.
