Can you imagine a person on an airplane being so drunk and disruptive they need to be restrained with duct tape?
CNN is reporting: Airline crew subdues passenger with duct tape
Maria Esther Castillo of Oswego, N.Y., is due in court Thursday, charged with resisting arrest and interfering with the operations of a flight crew aboard United Airlines Flight 645, from Puerto Rico to Chicago.
Castillo, 45, struck a flight attendant on the buttocks with the back of her hand during Saturday’s flight, FBI Special Agent Peter Carricato said in a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Charlotte.
She also stood and fell onto the head of a blind passenger and later started pulling the person’s hair, the complaint stated.
Ankle cuffs kept slipping off Castillo, so the flight crew and two passengers were forced to use duct tape to keep her in her seat, the complaint states.
The flight was Puerto Rico to Chicago had to be diverted to Charlotte N.C. so this woman could taken off and arrested. What a bitch!! No not being arrested…. the woman is a bitch!!
And where did the duct tape come from and what else are they using it for? I know things are tough for the airlines, but I hope the use duct tape is not part of their maintenance program.

Do you ever wonder why people tailgate when driving? Today I was taking a highway exit at 60 mph and this guy in an SUV comes out of nowhere and is so far up my ass I can not see his bumper or most of his grill. So what do I do? Slow down to 40. I can see him in the mirror making hand gestures and his mouth moving so who knows what he has to say.
At the end of the ramp we each go our separate ways, but that is not the end. Shortly afterwards I stop in a shopping center to get a cup of coffee and who drives pass as I am parking? The jerk in the SUV. As I get out he parks a few rows over and gets out giving me the “look” so of course I give it back to him, but I am not going to bother saying anything. I don’t scare easy, don’t give a shit and all I want to do is get my coffee and get to work. We walk in the same direction and he meets up with a guy and girl sitting outside the coffee shop. As I come out he says something to me about my driving and that I was lucky. Lucky for what is what I thought?
At this point I was pissed and assumed he had courage now that he was with his friends. My reply… “FUCK OFF pussy. You’re real brave now that you have friends around.” I was in no mood to take his shit and someone was going to get hurt if this escalated. Now I no I will get hurt in the process, but the difference in me and them is I know this and I am willing to get hurt if they decide to pursue this. I am not a punching bag for candy asses. So I conveyed this and a few other things to him, his friend, and the young lady standing there.
In the end they sat back down and nobody got hurt. Lucky for them. Three against one would mean I could throw hot coffee in his face, beat them with a metal chair and use what ever was available as a weapon and get away with it.
All I wanted to do was drive to work and stop for Starbucks along the way. Sometimes the stupidity of people absolutely amazes me.

Hey ladies, so much for that little black dress. According to a recent study, if you want to increase your desirability with men, wear red.
In a Reuters article: The woman in red drives the men crazy, study finds
The men also were asked, “Imagine that you are going on a date with this person and have $100 in your wallet. How much money would you be willing to spend on your date?” When she was clad in red, the men said they would spend more money on her.
The researchers noted that the color red did not alter how men rated the women in the photographs in terms of likeability, intelligence or kindness — only attractiveness.
I wonder how many woman will include more red in their wardrobe?

I have a hard time feeling bad for this prick. He is convicted of brutally raping, torturing, and murdering two young women, then wants to stop his execution because he is obese and it would be inhumane to execute him.
As if what he did was humane to the girls he murdered. CNN is reporting:Inmate executed after Supreme Court rejects obese argument
Cooey and a then-17-year-old accomplice were convicted of the brutal murders of Wendy Offredo and Dawn McCreery, students at the University of Akron. The men had been tossing concrete slabs onto Interstate 77, and one of them struck Offredo’s car.
Pretending to “rescue” the women, Cooey and Clinton Dickens took the victims to a remote field, according to prosecutors. There, the students were subjected to 3½ hours of rape, torture, stabbing and fatal bludgeoning. Cooey carved an “X” into the stomachs of both women, prosecutors said.
Tough guy murders two women, but is too much of a candy ass to own up to and face his sentence. It is a shame it didn’t take the fat bastard 3 1/2 hours to die. Sorry, but I do not feel sorry for him.

Here is something from an email sent to me.

[The] Alaska Women Reject Palin rally was to be held outside on the lawn in front of the Loussac Library in midtown Anchorage . Home made signs were encouraged, and the idea was to make a statement that Sarah Palin does not speak for all Alaska women, or men. I had no idea what to expect.
The rally was organized by a small group of women, talking over coffee. It made me wonder what other things have started with small groups of women talking over coffee. It’s probably an impressive list. These women hatched the plan, printed up flyers, posted them around town, and sent notices to local media outlets. One of those media outlets was KBYR radio, home of Eddie Burke, a long-time uber-conservative Anchorage talk show host. Turns out that Eddie Burke not only announced the rally, but called the people who planned to attend the rally ‘a bunch of socialist baby-killing maggots,’ and read the home phone numbers of the organizers aloud over the air, urging listeners to call and tell them what they thought. The women, of course, received some nasty, harassing and threatening messages.
I felt a bit apprehensive. I’d been disappointed before by the turnout at other rallies. Basically,in Anchorage , if you can get 25 people to show up at an event, it’s a success. So, I thought to myself, if we can actually get 100 people there that aren’t sent by Eddie Burke, we’ll be doing good. A real statement will have been made. I confess, I still had a mental image of 15 demonstrators surrounded by hundreds of menacing ’socialist baby-killing maggot’ haters.

It’s a good thing I wasn’t tailgating when I saw the crowd in front of the library or I would have ended up in somebody’s trunk. When I got there, about 20 minutes early, the line of sign wavers stretched the full length of the library grounds, along the edge of the road, 6 or 7 people deep! I could hardly find a place to park. I nabbed one of the last spots in the library lot, and as I got out of the car and started walking, people seemed to join in from every direction, carrying signs.
Never, have I seen anything like it in my 17 and a half years living in Anchorage. The organizers had someone walk the rally with a counter, and they clicked off well over 1400 people (not including the 90 counter-demonstrators).This was the biggest political rally ever, in the history of the state. I was absolutely stunned. The second most amazing thing is how many people honked and gave the thumbs up as they drove by. And even those that didn’t honk looked wide-eyed and awe-struck at the huge crowd that was growing by the minute. This just doesn’t happen here.
Then, the infamous Eddie Burke showed up. He tried to talk to the media, and was instantly surrounded by a group of 20 people who started shouting O-BA-MA so loud he couldn’t be heard. Then passing cars started honking in a rhythmic pattern of 3, like the Obama chant, while the crowd cheered, hooted and waved their signs high.
So, if you’ve been doing the math Yes. The Alaska Women Reject Palin rally was significantly bigger than Palin’s rally that got all the national media coverage! So take heart, sit back, and enjoy the photo gallery. Feel free to spread the pictures around to anyone who needs to know that Sarah Palin most definitely does not speak for all Alaskans. The citizens of Alaska , who know her best, have things to say.

A couple days ago I posted about Extremist and Choice. Some of the email l received amazes me how people believe the lies of this administration and their extremist religious leaders. One person rationalized attacking Iraq as self defense to prevent more terrorist attacks in this country.
How can this person be so intellectually challenged when the invasion of Iraq was based on lies of them having weapons of mass destruction? Applying this type of logic would be like saying my neighbor does not look friendly, thus this must mean he is going to attack me, therefore I should grab my baseball bat and bash his brains in.
Someone said supporting abortion was selfish. I never said I support or do not support abortion, but do support free will, which is choice and a fundamental right of Americans. This should not be legislated by Christian extremist who seem to think they are God and doing His will. After all, did not God give the world free will?
Another thing I want to add. Why does America need to force it’s will and democracy upon the world? The way of life in the Middle East has been carrying on long before America was a country and whether you agree with it or not, it is their life. Why not leave it alone? Instead of spending billions of dollars a year to kill off this way of life, why do we not help make life better by showing compassion and understanding? Instead America kills off those who oppose democracy. America’s leadership and a good part of the American people are not setting a good example for the rest of the world.

I have a question. If God has given mankind free will, then why do republicans try to legislate morality? A perfect example is the right to life movement and the continual fight over abortion. If God gave humans free will, then why do re”thug”licans think they should create legislation against the right to have free will and not let people make their own choices? Does the Christian right think they know something God forgot about and is trying to correct God’s flawed system? The Taliban and Al-Qaeda are doing similar things in their parts of the world too.
One of things wrong with the world is religious extremist. Why are the religious extremist in the world trying so hard to rule? Is it the only way they can convince themselves they are right? If you know you are right, you do not need to convince anyone else.
One more thing too… the birthplace of the most popular religions have their origins from the same place in the world and these religions are based on faith, love, peace, and getting along with each other. What if there is only one supreme being and this being is the same being in all religions, but goes by different names? What do you think this Entity thinks of the state of the world today?

It amazes me how people gather around, listen to, and respond the presidential candidate’s speeches. With the response from these people you would think these candidates where messengers of God and foretelling the future. I begin to wonder if Americans are able to research and find information to assist them in coming to thoughtful and intelligent analyst of what is going on.
The candidates pitch their biased messages, while the media owned by a few and ran by the rich put their spin on the messages and events. With the decline in America’s standing in the world community, 9 trillion in debt, decline in the economy, rise in unemployment, and the standard of life falling in America, I think we need a major shakeup and change in the way this country is run. I don’t care if Mickey Mouse was running for president and Goofy was his running mate, I would vote for them.
The past eight years has pushed this country in a direction that is no different than the direction the Taliban has push the Afghan people. The current administration has taken away privacy, attacked nations for profit (oil), attempted to spread fear amongst the American people, and violated the trust bestowed upon it by lying and manipulating the truth.
If I believed everything the speakers at these conventions said, the sunshine and smoke they have attempted to blow up my ass, I would need something to relieve the constipation they have left me with.
