GasBuddy.comThe national price of gas increased for the sixth straight day to $3.71 a gallon, up 21% over last year when the price was $3.06 per gallon. I have mentioned this before but if you want to know what the cheapest price for gas is in your area I suggest going to GasBuddy.com. The database of prices is updated by people like you and me who have signed up (free and no spam) and input prices daily and in some cases several times a day by other members. I have been using GasBuddy.com for some time now and have found it to be a useful tool. And no I am not getting any money by mentioning them, I am just passing along some free useful online information.

I know a couple cents per gallon does not add to much, but at least you can feel like you are not getting screwed by the local gas retailer. I won’t drive out of my way to save a couple of cents a gallon, but I do plan and consolidate my trips so if a cheaper price is on my way I make sure I fill up there.

GasBuddy.comHere is a great online resource (GasBuddy.com) for locating the best price for gas in your area. This site is excellent. Not only can you locate the best current price in your area, but you can check fuel prices and trends in all U.S. states and Canadian provinces. It is easy to use. Just enter your zip code or click on your region of the map and the prices will appear in your chosen area. This site is feature rich with options to sort by brand, grade, and specific area if you live in a large metropolitan area. Along with giving the prices, you also can see when the information was last updated for a specific station and view a map if you are not familiar with the area.

Every time I purchase gas I hate it. Its not like I can not afford to buy it, it is the fact the oil companies are reporting billions of dollars in profit and continue to rape the consumer. I hope their greed backfires on them and Americans wise up and start to vote with their dollars. We can start by reducing the fuel we consume, spend our money only on necessities, and do all we can to put the screws to the economy by purchasing less.

If that piece of sh*t Bush thinks by giving me back some of my tax dollars I am going to spend it to help the economy, him and his rethuglican cronies should rethink their strategy and then go f*ck themselves.

Today I caught part of a news conference with that retard (yes retard – and believe me I am being very nice by calling that piece of sh*t a retard) President Bush making comments on the economy. Every time he speaks I wonder who is the puppet master? All I can picture in my mind is VP Dickhead Cheney hiding behind Bush with his hand stuffed up Bush’s ass and having him say what he or his rethuglican buddies want him to say.

Bush Lies AgainAnyway CNN reports during the news conference:

When asked what advice he would give to the average person facing the prospect of gas prices hitting $4 per gallon, Bush stopped the reporter and said, “What did you just say? You’re predicting $4 a gallon gas?”

“That’s interesting. I hadn’t heard that,” he said at the Thursday news conference.

With that kind of response it makes me wonder how far does he have his head up his ass? He must have one big ass to have his head, all that bullsh*t, and Cheney’s hand up there. But then too, he is a 100% ass to begin with.

Bush supports spying on Americans, promises to veto a bill to stop giving oil companies tax breaks, totally raped the economy, has no concern for global warming, and is responsible for the deaths of 3973 soldiers in Iraq. I could go on, but it would just get uglier. I will be glad when the world’s biggest and most arrogant terrorist is out of office.

The Associated Press is reporting Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez is threating to cut off oil shipments to America. This is in response to Exxon Mobil Corp. suing the state owned Petroleos de Venezuela SA in U.S., British, and Dutch courts. The British court issued an injunction “freezing” assets in the neighborhood of $12 billion.

During his weekly radio and television program President Chavez said,

“I speak to the U.S. empire, because that’s the master: continue and you will see that we won’t sent one drop of oil to the empire of the United States,”

12 percent of U.S. crude oil imports in November, which is 1.23 million barrels a day comes from Venezuela.

Exxon earned $40.6 billion dollars in 2007, Now they are going after more billions in a law suit. Yet, gas prices continue to rise as Americans continue to buy gas.
